1. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or significantly different from what was described, you are eligible for a replacement or store credit. To initiate a claim:
- Contact us at contact@apollopeptides.com within 72 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
- We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
2. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order at no additional charge.
Apollo Peptides is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before payment is confirmed. Once payment has been received and the order is being processed, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us immediately at contact@apollopeptides.com if you need to cancel.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products that have been opened, used, or removed from original packaging.
- Orders where incorrect shipping information was provided.
- Products held improperly by the customer (e.g., not stored at required temperature).
- Orders cancelled after processing has begun.
5. Store Credit
Where a cash refund is not applicable, we may issue store credit at our discretion. Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future order.
6. Payment Disputes
For orders paid via cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDC), refunds are issued as store credit only, as cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. For Zelle and Venmo payments, refunds may be processed back to the original payment method where feasible.
