Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. Please review this policy before placing an order.

Due to the nature of research peptides — including temperature-sensitive storage requirements and regulatory considerations — all sales are generally final. However, we will work with you to resolve any legitimate quality issues.

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or significantly different from what was described, you are eligible for a replacement or store credit. To initiate a claim:

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order at no additional charge.

Apollo Peptides is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before payment is confirmed. Once payment has been received and the order is being processed, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us immediately at contact@apollopeptides.com if you need to cancel.

Where a cash refund is not applicable, we may issue store credit at our discretion. Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future order.

6. Payment Disputes

For orders paid via cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDC), refunds are issued as store credit only, as cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. For Zelle and Venmo payments, refunds may be processed back to the original payment method where feasible.
